Accessibility statement

Care should be reachable by everyone, and so should the website that leads to it. Here is our commitment and how to tell us when we fall short.

Our commitment

New Hope Mind & Wellness is committed to making newhopemindwellness.com accessible to people with disabilities. Our target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

What we've built in

The site uses a color system checked for contrast, readable type sizes, meaningful heading structure, and plain language. Pages work with keyboard navigation, respect reduced-motion settings, avoid autoplaying media, and provide text alternatives for meaningful images. We review new content against these standards as it's added.

Where limits may remain

Some third-party tools we rely on, such as scheduling, forms, or insurance verification, are built by their vendors and may not fully meet our standards. If one of them gets in your way, contact us and we will help you complete the task another way, including by phone.

Tell us how we're doing

If you have difficulty using any part of this website, or would like information in an alternative format, please reach out. We take reports seriously and aim to respond within two business days.
